OMG I've put on so much weight over the holidays lol. Plus I quit smoking so i replaced the ciggys with food. But I'm over all that now and I'm ready to concentrate on my weightloss again. Here goes nothing...

Well its time for a TOTAL life makeover! Heres my plan...
1. Get to my Goal Weight of 58kg
2. Quit smoking
3. Drink more water
4. Eat well and have vegetables or fruit with every meal
5. Start Exercising - Yoga, Pilates, Walking, Aerobics, Dance
6. Spend more quality time with the kids
7. Organize my house into a tranquil space
8. Start my own business
9. Get on top of my finances
10. Have at least half an hour of "me" time each day
and Lucky Last...
Stop being late for everything and get to places on time lol!!
