No change in weight. Still bloated and crampy.
I've been meal planning for Thanksgiving. I think I have it all figured out. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green beans with bacon, mashed sweet potato casserole, cukes in vinegar, cranberry sauce, brussel sprouts with bacon and balsamic drizzling, apple pie, keto pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin cheesecake. I'll have the turkey, brussel sprouts, green beans, and the keto pumpkin cheesecake. I can make the cheesecakes and pie the night before (quick reheat for the pie since ice cream) Prep the sweet potatoes the night before (peel) and saute' the veggies for the stuffing and chop up the cranberries that go in it also. I bought some metal tins to send leftovers home with everyone. I use glass containers and don't want to send those out. I also found a recipe for leftovers that will freeze. Stuffed shells with stuffing and turkey. Then you make a sauce using cream of chicken soup and put over it when reheating. Save some for hubby and then send the rest home with others. It looks fancy but it's all leftovers and boiling some shells. One of the best parts I like about Thanksgiving with his family is no one likes the turkey skin and I get it all.
I'll make turkey soup with the bones and some meat.

Bloated and crampy. Ugh, Tom. We watched Artemis last night from our backyard. Hubby decided not to go watch it from work since the last couple of attempts did not work. (He works at the space center and could go and spend the night in his office again if he wanted) Well it was so stinkin cool. The sky lit up like a sunrise. We them watch as the rocket things detached and watched until we couldn't see it anymore.
My BMI dropped from 51.2 to 46. I can't wait until it drops to under 40. Then 35, 30, and under 25. It's taking longer than I like but it's going down. I restarted 3 months ago. I am down 31 lbs. I guess 10 lbs per month is okay. I wish it was more BUT this woe is sustainable (even when the son is home next time)

No loss but no gain either. SPF 100, reapplied many times and still burned, yet again. I'm sure I'm holding on to some water weight or will in the next day or two. I expect it will go up tomorrow. We drove back to Tampa for the USF game (Yes, they still suck but we always have hope) So 3 hours over, tailgate or an hour or so, game, drive hour. That's a 12 hour day, half of it in the car. One more game for the year. We already renewed our tickets for next year. I'll deal with the burn but I won't stop living my life because of it.
I saw one of our wild peacocks so that was good. There are 3 blue ones and 2 white ones. They have been scared for about 2 months now. Someone stole all their tail feathers (ouch, that would've hurt badly) and scared them against people. The fact that 2 of them run over to me again is a happy thing. I wish I knew who did it so I could do worse to them. But I'm happy to see any again after the hurricane. I worry.
