I HATE MY WEEKEND BINGES!
I eat so horribly on the weekends, I've got to get it together! Oh and I love carbs, why do i love them. UGH

Today will be a great challenge for me. I have school pretty much all day, therefore I'll be eating out. I strive to eat well at restaurants, it doesn't always work though. I have snacks so I'm hoping I can stick to those instead of Cina bites from sonic :(

My biggest struggle with weight loss is when I'm with my friends or boyfriend, I can't seem to eat healthy if they aren't. I want to eat what they are, I try to do moderation but I end up eating way too much :(
