I did pretty well with the 30 minutes exercise/20 minutes twice a week weight training the first week and I'm on target for making it in the second week, too. Yay me! I made some diet improvements - healthier eating. Next week I start smaller portions. I'm not going to weigh myself. That's a choice based on my personal needs. I know I need a permanent lifestyle change rather than to do something for a limited period of time. I'll weigh myself after I've been living the new way for 2 months.
