I ate a lot of fruits and vegetables this week. I drank a lot of water and juice instead of soda. I ate chicken, meat, and fish during this whole week so I can have a lot of vitamins and proteins in my body. I did eat some cookies and chips which wasn't good for me but I always try to balance my diet with healthy and unhealthy foods.
