I am a busy mother of six but work out quite a bit. I have an addiction to sweets and comfort foods and have no "full" switch. I will lose 25 lbs. within a month or two only so I can be able to eat whatever I want. Then I gain some back and start the cycle over again. I know how to lose and gain weight, but lack the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I need to stop being so extreme on the weight-loss and weight-gain.
