I am having a really hard time not hating myself right now. I just keep binge eating. I was doing so well and then I wasn't. I stopped even making excuses why I couldn't exercise, then I stopped recording my weight, and then I stopped recording my food. I just want to be eating all the time. It makes me hate myself a little more everytime, and then that makes me sad and I eat to make the sadness temporarily go away. I can't just get rid of all the temptations because my husband wants them more than I don't. I feel so lost and sad. I just don't know.

Vacation killed me, but it was worth it. Now, I just need to get back in the good habit set of mind.
