I am so very exhausted lately!!! Maybe its the lack of caffine from not drinking soda. Maybe its my body catching up from having worked 80-100 hrs a week for the last 2 months (up till Aug 23...Either way I am so tired all the time. I keep nodding off at my desk and dont know how to keep myself awake without having to fight it. Unfortuantly I cant just walk around and I dont want to have caffine or sugar...grrrr!!! I am frustrated right now!

Just got back from my workout. It was ok, not great, but hey atleast I didnt just stay at home on the couch! It can be really hard to push myself they way I need to when I am by myself! I dont have a workout partner and dont really know anyone in the area to ask. O well. I know I can do this!!!

Well over the last week I have tried to start eating a little better and work out. Its not going as well as I though but hey, something is better than nothing. I have drastically cut back on my smoking and sodas which are two really good things. I work a second job at night on Friday and Saturday at a bar, so those are the 2 nights I tend to smoke (about 5 cigs total) and drink a glass or 2 of soda a night to help me stay awake. I really want to loose weight, I dont know what happened but I am so embarrassed for the weight I have gained. Hopefully with support and encouragment I can get on the right track and loose this extra weight! TODAY IS A NEW DAY!
