This week has been more rough than the previous weeks. I am trying to adjust to a new schedule, like I talked to you yesterday.

Sunday: I did not each much food, and I almost threw up and passed out, until I ate something.

Monday: This was one of my better days except for eating out for dinner, but I didn't fee sick.

Tuesday: This was just a really long day, I tried my best to eat somewhat good.

Wednesday: I was super tired due to my long day, I had zero energy.

Thursday: It was a good day for me, I ate good except for dinner with a friend.

Friday: I did not feel well when I was at work, felt as if I was going to throw up.

Saturday: I had quite a bit of energy, felt as if I ate okay.

I have noticed that my body knows what food is good for it and awful for it. I get pretty ill to my stomach whenever I eat a lot of crap food. I can tell I have improved since the beginning because of how my body is reacting.
