131. The last time I weighed this was April 7, 2011. My goal was 130 for my wedding tomorrow. Homestretch. Can't wait for tomorrow because this weight obsession stuff is getting old.

Not bad...the least I've weighed in 2 years! The trick is maintaining this. I won't eat any more candy or junk food until Saturday at 5pm. Then I'll have a few slices of pizza and lots of wine. On Sunday, I'll go back to being good :-)

Back at 133 today. It took me 3 hours to gain 5 pounds and 3 days to lose it. Seems fair enough...not really. Enough whining though. I was going to go on the dreaded 3 Day Military Diet, but my weight is at a good point (Spanx will shave off the few remaining pounds). I'm happy to celebrate eating healthy and staying out of Military Diet hell.

I gained 3 pounds over the weekend. What the heck!? The good and bad thing is that I believe the 3 pounds is just water weight. It can be easily lost and easily gained. So am I not really losing weight long term?
