okay today i'm starting over. i've already exercised. and i'm counting calories. i know exactly what i had for breakfast, and what i'm going to have for lunch, and what i'm going to have for dinner.
no worries, no fuss,

company has been feeding us for helping out with the busy season. they don't tend to follow diet terms for people. i can't believe i'm back over 180!
i must confess i've been dozing off. this week hasn't been very good. but i'm not giving up. just need to focus more. gyming it up tomorrow morning! hold me to it!

shedding another pound, i feel like i'm exactly the same. i feel the same, i look the same. the only difference is in the scale. makes me wonder if i'm really just weighing my clothes.
i've been really good about eating right. exersising could go better. i think starting today i'm going to try and record more of what i eat.
