Just finished breastfeeding my second child. I got pregnant with my first son, Owen, in August 2008, and he was born in April 2009. Before I could lose the weight, I got pregnant again with Evan in February 2010, and he was born in November 2010. I'm one of those people who can't lose weight while breastfeeding. I busted my butt trying to after my first son was born, and I lost nothing. Didn't even try with Evan. Now, I'm ready to get back to a healthy weight.

I'm a stay-at-home mom, and it's really hard to find time to exercise when I literally have no alone time and two very busy toddlers. I also have no self-control when it comes to sweets. :(

I believe wholeheartedly in eating a traditional, whole foods diet - full-fat dairy, real meat, properly prepared grains, etc. But, too often, I don't practice what I preach. I need to lose weight, and I'm ready to practice some self-control!
