All is going well...Big day of exercise yesterday. 6o minutes of squash followed by 30 minutes of Stairmaster and then killer resistance training. I am quite surprised at the amount of definition that can be added we hard punishing resistance training. I am coming to enjoy these workouts where I combine Cardio and resistance. This training today knocked me out and I needed a nap around 3PM....

For the PM---- entered the 20.00 dollar running series 5KM.... Started at 730PM... Awesome little race. Scooted through the 3 Miles in 26Minutes 50Seconds. Not bad considering it was the second workout of the day.

They had Pizza after the race....Just HAD to indulge.

Weight staying stable....Is trending mildly upwards but i am not too concerned.

No question it is harder to avoid small cheats here in NA then it was in the Caymans. But....as the saying goes....

ONWARD AND UPWARDS------ Still seeking that ideal BMI weight of 168...Till then i am still OVERWEIGHT!!!! hahahahahahah
