Had reached a bit of a slow down in weight loss for a couple of weeks because had started treating myself to Honeymaid LOW fat cinnamon grahams crackers. May be low fat but way too much sugar. And who can stop with 1? I was often having 4! So have stopped that crazy behavior and weight has started decreasing again.

Walmart has frozen Organic blueberries. Easy to make sure I get a serving of berries each morning! So convenient. Added that to a cup of Fiber One cereal (No added sugar & whopping 28 Grams of fiber). For a little sweetening, one dried date chopped up with about a tablespoon of chopped walnuts for fun). Feeling good about this brunch.
