This has been a slow week, really trying to run more then 4 more miles each morning, but its tough to wake up even earlier. Have to figure out a new strategy, I also have noticed that I am falling into my old bad habits of snacking after dinner.

Second week of waking up early for a morning run. It is tough not going to lie, but feels amazing. The sun rise, the quietness on the streets, the morning breeze!

Thought I was doing good, but took some photos in the bathing suit this past sunday and feeling a bit down. I am nowhere near the results i want.
