I'm currently on prednisone and it seems like I'm hungry most of the time. Just have to be good and be aware of when I'm hungry or just bored.

I am finally back from Houston, New Orleans and Jamaica. I did pretty good on the cruise with a two pound weight gain, but dropped it once I got back on dry land and away from all of the temptation on the ship.
Happy to be home and sleeping in my own bed.

Went to the Doctor for my two week checkup after my knee surgery. When I told him about all the pain I'm having in my left calf area, he insisted on a Doppler to make sure I don't have a blood clot. It went well and there isn't a clot. That is a relief. I think my calves are sore because I'm walking as much as I can. I think I may just have to cool my jets a little.
I'm very happy about the weight loss. I'm drinking so much water, that I slosh when I walk. I do believe that it helps though.
