Well I'm back. sleeping most of the time has helped meto find the weight i lost. Due to this head injury , I'm limited to aqua fitness. Please share any suggestions about Diet and Belly Fat. ♡♡♡

☆☆WEEK 2☆☆
day 8
So, I mastered calorie restriction and dodged fried food. Now I'm focused eating more protein and less carbs. Today I'm clearing the shelves, lots of fruits, veggies and healthier snacks. I'm glad to see my daughters are not resistant to the changes.
