Still don't think I'm trying my best... It's just so difficult. I just have to think of my health and how bad junk food is and it becomes a little easier, but still. If only losing weight could be faster.

Today I exercised, I ran for 15 minutes on the treadmill (first five minutes @ 5.5 Speed, last ten minutes @ 6.0 Speed) and walked for 25 minutes for a total of 40 minutes.
I ate an apple, a pesto chicken sandwich, two toffee ice creams and more than half of a vanilla organic milk little box.
