Well I have been on a 3 week stall. This morning I weighed and im .2 oz down. Not very good but its a start and I look forward to the scale to keep on moving. During the 1st two weeks of induction I did awesome. Then the 3rd week I had a MRI that I was sedated for and when I got finished I was so hungry. Well sad to say I ruined it for myself. I had my hubby stop at Bojangles and with good intentions I ordered a chicken salad, but the longer we sat there I ordered a chicken wrap not to bad except the carbs in the wrap, Then I order omg FRIES AND 2 BO BERRY BISCUITS. I ate everything on the way home, We were 1 1/2 hrs away from my house. After I ate I slept from that time until lunch time the next day. I threw myself out of keto and I was very high in it as well because the ER doc told me I had alot of acid and Keto in my blood and kidneys. I have struggled to get back into keto for 3 weeks with no luck. So hopefully things are changing for me this week and my body will get back into fat burning mode. Im going back to the basics all pure and simple food for this week. Then add induction friendly extra's. I mixed my coffee can half reg and half decaf to cut down on the caffeine. Going to cut my calories back to 1200-1400 a week. Going to up my veggie carbs 14 net carbs a week. Going to make a hot tea with pure squeezed lemon in it as a detox, and metabolism booster. And hopefully next WED. When I weigh in again I will see better results. I am setting myself a goal of losing 5 LBs by the end of this month.
