I'm so scared of gaining weight - I can't get myself to eat my alloted calories. I have to admit though, when you are concentrating on what you are putting into your body you tend to cook your food a heck of alot healthier. Tonight was grilled chicken breast with asparagus and mushrooms. Gordon Ramsay was in my head. LOL I am sure he would of been pleased. LOL
Anyways, Im gonna switch things up a bit and put something together for breakfast with lots of protein. Maybe this is where I will focus more calories.
Can't wait for Friday .... weigh in .... I am really looking forward to seeing how much I got rid of.

I ate all three meals, no snacking - I feel fine - but I didn't eat all my calories. Supose to eat 2600 but only ate 880 how is this terrible. I don't know what I am doing - think I need to buy some books, I did get my geritol in which does say 100% of the daily allowance on all the vitamins - so hopefully - It's not as bad as it sounds.
Anyways - tommorow is another day - good night

Goal for this week - take Breakfast and Lunch with me to work everyday.
and no fasting until dinner.
Third day went well, found myself (along with the help of my children) cleaning my house - haven't had energy to do that in quite sometime - usually its one room a day. Entire house looks wonderful.

Day 2
Felt bad because I didn't go walking today - but my husband reminded me that we spent an hour in Costco walking around looking at stuff and walking all over the place. Guess I got out and walked after all. :)
I bought my vitamins today - went with Geritol Complete.
Per Dr Oz you should go with a vitamin that has all vitamins as close to 100% of the daily allowance and this was the only one that provided this. Gonna try taking half with breakfast and the other half with my dinner.
I also took Fish Oil to get in those Omega 3 and 6. Let's just say I almost threw up at dinner when I burped....I hate fishy fish taste and smells .... I had to eat a spoon full of salsa to get rid of the taste.
I also started taking Super B complex vitamin with vitamin c and folic acid - supose to convert my food into energy. We will see - cause I took it right before dinner and it's almost bedtime.
MSM for my joints - and Cranberry.
Not sure what tommorow will bring, but I know Im staying positive and thinking positive. Think Im gonna check out the prices of a MP3 player or something ... pandora cuts out to much when walking .... I need music to keep me moving.
