what do you do when you overdo eating ?
During a dinner my partner told me that I was eating too much, I was surprised and I asked her if that was usual; she replied that she was surprised how much I could swallow; I asked her if she could tell me next time also and we agreed we would tell each other. Since then I put on the table all the food before we seat for lunch or dinner and I don't allow myself to top up from the fridge. I think that to eat slow and to pay attention to the flavours makes me to enjoy the experience more than just to swallow. Last thing, I avoid to put all in one plate mixed, I do better putting the food in different plates with salad, meat, etc; I try to make the table nice before we seat in and we tend to avoid seating in front of the TV, better in the kitchen with some music. Hope it helps.

Hard workout = Hungry lunch :)
The protein is the best way to satiate after exercise for me.

Breakfast
The two minute porridge envelops in the micro do very well for me, I find them very filling and give me energy until lunch. As other people say you can drop an apple or similar in pieces. If I do an sport activity in the morning I mix the white of one egg with cold milk and a bit of orange juice in brik. The white of the egg is pure protein so you will not fill hungry while you do your sport and you avoid to start your training with a heavy digestion.
