Back after a while....
I have decided to strictly adhere to a low cab diet.
When my dietician told me about this diet, I prematurely thought it is easy and it’s about sticking to a routine. I had a 2-week dry run of this and I received one of the greatest shocks of my life; it is one of the most challenging things I’ve ever had to do. I can’t believe how much cabs I consume in a day (85%) and could not resist them during the trial period. I am not a fan of meat and fish but had to learn to make this my staple diet.
Any advice on how to start on this diet, please?
