Today I fought with hunger all day. Hunger won. It's date night, so I had a few chips with some salsa and 2 tortillas. As a low carber I feel like I've violated a rule of some sort. To make matters worse this is my "fat week". Ladies know what I mean. I will not weigh in again until it's over.

Dh and I went to the gym tonight. After my workout he decided that we should do a mile on the treadmill. I did intervals and really pushed myself. Today was a good day!

I'm baking low carb double chocolate chip cookies for the kids. I used coconut flour, truvia baking sugar, breakfree eggs, coconut oil, dark chocolate cocoa powder and dairy free chocolate morsels. Each week I'll try a new low carb dessert recipe for testing purposes lol.
