I really have no idea how I've lost 3 lbs...but I'm going to go with it.

So, even on thyroid medication and working out I am having trouble losing weight. I can survive for a long time without meat in my diet, and because I'm O+ I can eat meat. I'm hoping this will work. Also, I am upping my work out routine by going to the gym everyday. Cardio and lifting on Tues, Thurs, and Sat and swimming on Mon, Tues, Fri...and I will be doing yoga on Sundays. Here's to getting my old body back.
