Currently Banting to some extent. I don't carb at all unless they are hidden carbs but find weight loss is minimal but I am losing centimeters. I still have a long way to go after only losing 5 kilos. I get in between 5000 and 7000 steps a day just in general. Im really wanting to drop back to where I was 30 years ago. Big want but I know I can. Live alone so no one else to feed but me. Always ready for a chat.
