I think I am really doing well considering where I came from. I used to do at least 3 pepsi sodas a day, and some sort of french fries/potatoes prior to starting this healthy eating lifestyle change. Those WERE my weaknesses, but not anymore. The sodas were replaced with Lipton Green Tea Citrus for a while, now I am totally on water. Now if that is not a success in itself, I don't know what is. The french fries have been replaced with whatever thats good for me. Today it was baby carrots. Oh joy!!! With all things considered they weren't that bad.

As far as exercise goes... well that's another story. I have been active somewhat. I have done the Wii game (4 songs consecutively), can you say BORING 0_o.
I think I am going to do the Michael Jackson experience or Zumba tonight. We shall see how that goes.

It is Tuesday April 12, 2011,and I am AGAIN starting a journey to healthy living. I have been trying week, after week, after unsuccessful week, to start and stay focused on a healthy eating plan. Yet here I am again.
What makes this time different? Well I would say seeing myself on video camera.
I am a plus size model with a local modeling agency based out of Baltimore, Maryland. I have done some print work, where the pictures came out beautiful. Needless to say, I dont look anywhere near the weight that I actually am in the pics. Well seeing myself in real time, I was appalled. I didn't know it had gotten that bad. Or maybe I did know, but wasn't ready to admit it. Well the video camera does not lie. Nevertheless here I am.
I stumbled upon this site looking for caloric intake journals and the such. By just browsing around here I am very much pleased with what I have seen thus far. Fat Secret offers so much that there is no possible way that I cannot complete my goal. AND its free!!! Now how can I not take advantage of that.
Well today starts the first day to a healthier and an even more so happier me!!
Feel free to comment. I can use all the helpful tips and motivation.
