Day 2 of the master cleanse
Fell asleep dreaming about food and woke up craviing food! half of me wanted to put it off untill weds because its shrove tuesday on tues which in england means pancake day and also the start of lent which would have been a nice starting point but nevermind.
My loss of 2lb this morning was nice and has given me the motivation to keep this going my will power has needed testing for a long time so this is what im going to have to do.
essays are needed to be written by this thursday so i had better get a move on chop chop i shall keep you updated on how mental i start feeling oh annd im going to try and get in at least 20mins excercise from my dvd today :D

PS also i just realised the food cravings at the moment are in my head yesterday i was having hunger pains but now i just canr stop thinking about food so i think i just need to keep my mind busy.

20 mins of boxercise done and dusted and im feeling good :D
Food cravings have set in and they are really bad, The hunger pangs are really hurting my tummy. i wish i could just eat something even if its a small crackerbread damn come on will power keep me going.

My friend rachel and i are trying the master cleanse for a few days. i was sceptical at first seeing as there is no food eaten at all but recently ive only been eating crap so i think it will be a good way to rid my body and then after that im going on to a nice healthy diet probably following the GL mostly again. wish me luck :D also im back off to paris next weekend so lots of walking to be done there no doubt as i am POOR and wont be able to afford much more than bread! It will be nice to have someone here for support to cheer me on and help me stick to it :D
