i really don't know how its possible that i have put on 2kg in 2 days :( im gutted i feel like crying. it doesn't make sense i have barely eaten iv excercised, maybe somethings wrong with my scale but i feel i dunno sick to the stomach :S

Diet followed reasonably well

finally got a good nights sleep and feel refreshed. had a hearty breakfast of muesli but couldn't finish it. bought some adios max tablets not sure they will help but i wanted some experiences if anyone has tried them. am going to buy an excercise dvd when i get back from paris and also some little weights maybe i need to work really hard because im moving in a month!!

no change today, went out for a meal today and ate quite well untill desert where i caved like crazy and had a massive desert but only had two bites.

bought some adios and also multivitimins to help me keep healthy :)
