Still sticking to recording my food. Going through a break up right now so hunger is not there. I have noticed a change in my eating habits for the past two weeks as I am more aware of the foods I eat, knowing I have to record them. Going forward!!!

Day 1! I have been struggling a long time trying to make good decisions in my eating habits. I feel I do but the results are few and far between. I'm ready. I got a second job in November waitressing so after my full 8 hour day of sitting on my butt at work I go to a restaurant and waitress for another 6. I love it, I just wish I had weigh loss results from it! Ha!
It is hard not to finger pick food while there tho too, I need to find something to eat prior to going into that job that may curve my appetite, any suggestions?
Its so hard to get to my gym except for saturdays due to my schedule so I know have to focus strictly on my food intake. I am taking a nutrition class at my community college to also help to obtain the knowledge when it comes to what I put in my body.
Here's to a great start and praying I stick to this!
