what i dont like about this place, is that i dont know how many cals I am suppose to eat...so it doesnt tell me i am over or under or....i also dont like that it doesnt compare your activity to what you ate....that would be cool..

I am NOT going to gain again this week. Now ay ..I am reading through the Dr.Phil book again today, and I am going to stick to this like glue. I go to the docs again on friday..I better have lost something....gawd.
this whole bout with sickness really fucked up my system..

I went to the doctors today, and let me tell you , it went amazing...other then the fact that he told me how overweight I was, and that I needed to get that under control *rolls eyes* whatever guy. AND his scales say I am 185lbs..argh.
I am going by my scale and I am 182. *sticks out tounge*
but I really need to get back on track and do it right, so here I am...sticking to it...doing it up...
