Well,
This is all very new to me, so I guess I will start from the beginning. I need to drop around 50lbs. I'm already 14lbs down, so thats a start really.
I guess the main thing that contributed to my weight gain was being in a series of comfortable relationships. The usual drill, takeaways, eating out, even day trips out evolved around food.
I split up with my recent boyfriend around a month ago, and fell into another relationship almost instantly. I was determined that I wouldn't get into the same cycle. Plus aswell, all the usual things that annoy you when you've gained a substantial amount of weight... clothes being tight, not being able to get into certain clothes etc etc. I'm really looking forward to the day that I can leave the house without my arms covered.
I think at 21 I really shouldn't have so many hang ups about my body.
I think my main goal is to get down to bikini fit by our girls holiday to Ibiza next summer. I've always worn a bikini on holiday, but in recent years have worn kaftans and sarongs until the very last minute, before I reach the safe and flattering horizontal laying position of my sunbed. I certainly wouldn't dream or running in a bikini or walking to the bar.
So there are my goals. All I need nopw is the willpower!
