I knew after three consecutive days of the scale showing weight loss, I would have a day where my weight went back up. It is still disappointing. After five consecutive days of working out, I am taking a break today, but I have two back to back gym classes tomorrow. Despite what the scale says, I am definitely feeling better!

It has been another great day! I took a body works class at the gym and ate healthy foods. My boyfriend and I were going to go on another long walk, but again it was storming out. Maybe tomorrow!! I hope everyone here on FS is having a great week!!

After only getting 45 minutes of sleep last night due to insomnia, I still managed to get myself to the gym for my morning class. After class I stayed and did 25 minutes on the treadmill. Following that I went grocery shopping and only bought healthy foods. I came home and had lunch. I am so out of it from being tired that I entered most of my lunch foods into breakfast in this app. Oops! Hopefully I’ll get better sleep tonight.
