Juicer recommendation
Hi everyone, that's the third time I'm on a diet. Usually, when I gain some I lose some and stop, but this time I decided to go hard and become really fit Smile

Smoothie recipe
I found recently a list of juicers and decided to purchase one, so would be nice if someone could help me with recipe for cocktails from fruits/vegetables with calcium (for bones). I only know about oranges and have no idea what combination of other fruits would be tasteful.
And also if you have a juicer, let me know what brand and are you satisfied or not. I'm choosing from Omega, Kuvings, and Hurom
