I’m having such a hard time focusing on anything the last while. My brain races and I can’t think straight or organize my thoughts and everything is such an effort. That’s what happens when things get put off for too long!!! I’ve been obsessed with a court case I’ve been following since 2019 and it’s over now (thank goodness) but I’ve been procrastinating on every other aspect of my life while this has been going on,,, and now I’m in panic mode to get all the things done that have been put on hold. The list is massive when I now add all the stuff outside to do as well. The only 1 thing that has been remotely productive is my weight going down. Might be slow but it’s steady.
