Hello everyone! I've been absent for a long time. In a nutshell, covid-19 has changed my lifestyle a lot. Where I live, the quarantine started 33 days ago. Just when I started experimenting with keto cooking and everything. People here started speculating and the prices of fruits and vegetables increased A LOT. The only cheap that this family could afford if we still wanted to eat meats was high-carb food (rice, legumes). I don't want to affect my family's budget so I give in and eat those things.
Second thing, I study and work at the same time. It has never been a problem. But online classes at university are getting harder as they think that we don't have anything else to do at home. They doubled the assignments. Furthermore, my job... well... let's just say that everytime there's an outbreak or something like this I get three times the normal workload I'd usually get. So... I DON'T SLEEP ANYMORE! (ok, not like a normal person should do).
Things are getting harder where I live and I just couldn't continue with this keto-journey, even when I was excited the most about it. Despite all I mentioned before, I managed to lose some weight, and it worries me. Well, I think this is enough for somebody to read this. I'm just expressing myself and letting everything go, at least by writing this.

This really surprised me as I stopped doing OMAD. I had to eat 3 times a day to take medicine I thought it would make me gain weight but 😲 WOW.
