OMG! I haven't been keeping track of anything... I mean, I have been mindful, but no logging and not a lot of planning (almost NO meal planning, actually...).

I have been somewhat down on myself for not putting more effort in - especially since I was doing so good. I think because I managed not to gain over the holidays, my mindset was that I would get back on track once things calmed down. Well, I've just been so crazy busy ever since and now it's almost spring and I'm looking at my summer clothes lol!

Good news is that I DO need to buy new clothes as I am too small for most of what I have (yeah!), but I am a little sad when I think of what I could be wearing if I had been more diligent and got right back into the swing of things in January - or even February!

Still, saw a loss this morning and have a nice grocery shop planned for the weekend and there is no time like the present to get back on the horse! Also, I am feeling the urge to get the body moving as the weather breaks - that should help kick things up a notch! Hoping to be around 175 mid April.
