I am struggling with My confidence levels these days really... is this normal or I just need help? I mean..thinking back when I was 50kgs heavier I used to talk in seminars, go everywhere I wanted,say whatever I wanted, raise my opinions with confidence...
but now, I really am struggling.. I'm withdrawing from people and I'm more reserved than usual. I worked so hard I thought I would be the happiest person right now...

Last Month I did a master cleanse and I lost 7.6 kg in 44 days..but I probably gained some of the weight back as I haven't been to the scale ever since then. I decided not to weigh until I feel like it..I'm sticking to my diet and doing all the best I can... scale is not my friend anymore. I have reached my initial goal weight but I still need to loose 10 more kgs... I will only weigh next month
