Mondays are so much easier for me... At work is very easy to maintain my focus. So Im really happy I survived the weekend and not many things to regret. However, I realize I was not following my diet to the letter, because I was not understanding it completely... Now I think I could do better and consequently, lose weight more efficiently.
Tomorrow is my first Zumba class-9AM. Yesss! Got a free pas! This gym is very close to home. there is another one more popular not too far...I think I'll also give it a try and compare witch one I like better.

Today I'll meet my friends for a brunch...I'll try to prepare. I Will leave the house after having a good breakfast and bring a protein shake with me.
I need to remember at all times that I'm doing it for myself and to my health. I want to live many and many years in good health, full of energy and happy.
"Sugar is poison and causes addiction. It's a drug a alcohol or any other drug.My body hurts with sugar...my bones will suffer and I will feel sluggish and guilty....and unhappy! So what for?"
Cant forget it!!

tomorrow is the day to weigh myself. I'm terrified! Following the new Atkins gives me a huge feeling of guilt and insecurity ! I feel like I'm cheating since I`m no longer avoiding fats and no longer counting calories ... and I always starved because of it. I do not feel a difference in my clothes yet. But also, it's just my second week !!!!! Hopefully I lost some weight .... so I could get more confident from now on. Oh God. help me!!! :(

I opened a group "Women on the path of Self discovery", and would like to have many women joining to share experiences and give each other support no matter our ages or how much weight we want to lose. I'm new here and wish to make many buddies. We'll see... Hope I can make it. <3
