So as you can see I have no done the best. Really I have done really bad. But I'm hopping with my new iphone I will be able to log my food as I go. Wish me luck

What can I say? There is really nothing to say.. I have not recorded any thing for the past week. When i eat i think to myself, Omer Don't forget to record. I get home and I start doing something else.. Or I would be in bed, remember i did not record, and say "i'll do it tomorrow". Of course it does not happen..

So far so good, The only thing I wish was different about this food entry is that when you put in something from McDonald's you can put in Big Mac Combo, and it does it all.. But no you have to put each item in taking more time.. But as I said its working. I can see how much food I'm eating, or how much food I'm not eating. LOL

I hate this so much, why? I hate recording, trying to take the time to write down everything I eat. When it comes right down to it, it’s truly because I'm lazy, the time I spend writing down what I eat and then typing it in to the computer, is other time I could be doing something I like. LOL It’s foolish, I know. That’s why I’m here doing the Fat Secret, overcoming my laziness, and doing what is best for me and my family.
