Hello, from Omega911! I'm looking for a support team to help keep me motivated to work. My personal and work schedules are crazy, but I'm determined to get off 90 pounds. BUT, I need help! Is there anyone out there willing to stick with me for at least one (1) year to help me accomplish this personal goal? Please, let me hear from you.

I gave blood this morning, had 2 hotdogs and 2 large slices of cured ham! Must do better~
