Been back and forth on dieting these last couple of weeks. I wanna be healthy. I wanna really look good, and obviously being a normal weight for your body looks better! But I also wanna not stress over what I “can” and “cannot” have; and I don’t wanna be too skinny in certain areas just to be sorta skinny in other areas (I’m a pear shape). Researched online and found out skinny (or fat) is not always best; rather, being the toned slender person you are is best.
