So, a little NSV. I got up into a shoulder pose last night. It wasn't as straight or stable as I'd like but getting my butt up in the air was a win for me. I will keep trying to get it more stable. I have been doing this little ab rocking thing Jeff Cavaliere recommended and I feel like it has been helping my core. The nice thing is, it is fun. It feels like a game not a chore.
