Apart from a day where I went off the rails, I am working hard on my new Keto lifestyle. I left MFP as it was giving me a lot of problems today.
Weigh-in:

14.5 lb
still to go:
17.5 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Boy am I mixed up. Think I have two accts on here..computer had wiped all passwords or something..Anyway..this is the one I am in right now.
I am so dang depressed it is not funny.
I see my struggle when I go through my journal entries.
It is like a yo yo..
I am so down today when I stepped on that scale I tell you.
I know it is stress that is doing this to me, but there is not much I can do about it, just do the best I can.
Had to pop in to be with people that understand, thanks.
