I did reasonably good yesterday, although I didn't stick to my plan. The only thing I ate that I shouldn't have was cereal, I was craving sugar. Goal today is exercise, keep to the food I packed for work. Get to the gym.

Starting over today. After gaining 10 pounds, I want to try to lose 20 pounds with diet and exercise. Good start today. Eggs with broccoli and oatmeal with fruit for brunch.
