I'm so encouraged with my program! I said I wouldn't weigh everyday but I did it (hoping to stop) and I know it could change but I have lost another 4.2 lbs. I do realize that these losses will stop at some point but knowing that I'm losing helps me to stay the course! No more cookies for me! :-) Woot! Woot!
Also, not only did I lose on the scale but I'm starting to see my shape again. I also look better in my clothes! And my honey says he can already see the difference.

I was forced to eat a cookie! lol My honey insisted that I try it. It was definitely good! I know there are going to be times like this and I asked him not to bring me stuff like that since I'm trying to stay true to my program. I refuse to cry about it. I ate it and now I'm back on track. That is how it's done.
