It's been a while since i've recorded, but here i am! Now, i broke down and got on the scale. Just as i suspected it wasn't good news, I was actually at 303! WOW, how did I get there? Anyway, after doing the South Beach for 2 weeks tommorrow- I am now 293! It's a small step in the right direction! I've been completely watching my carbs and sugar intake, which at times has not been so easy. I've never been excited to get onto a scale and see where I am, but i've made this goal into a fun game, and I am competitive, so i plan on WINNING!

Day 2 and 3 were much easier than day 1 for sure! I find myself not as hungry and thinking less about when i am going to eat next. I am still trying to figure out what I can have versus what I can't have. Sure would be nice if the new scale I bought would actually work! Well I will update later when my friend brings over her scale....hoping for a little loss at least!
