Since i started this diet... my tummy has not wanted to release the dragon... so i will have to buy orange juice this weekend... oh and chillis 🙈🙈🙈so not weighing till that dragon is released lol

Oh my Lord... i am on my way to macdonalds. Please give me the stregnth to throw away the buns and not ask for chips. If it is really possible 😐😐i will get a triple jalopeno chicken burger... and only eat the patties. Or is that too much? 🤔🤔aysh i dont know 🙈🙈

I have accepted that banting does not work for me. I cannot handle the nausea it brings. Almost feels like i have a huge babalas every day. So no thanks... i think i will stick to cutting portions and less sugar. I have still been doing my planks... gosh my body is sore... but since i want that rock hard tummy... i will be doing planks till i cant move lol

I think im allergic to nuts. Everytime i eat them i feel like vomiting later and get a massive headache. No more nuts for me. AND i know potatoes and sweetcorn are not banting friendly but i decided that as long as i dont go over 50grams of carbs a day... it will do... cos lets be real... there is NO way that i can give up potatoes forever so ill rather just limit them. I wanna be thin...butbim in no hurry... slowly slowy goes the tortoise lol
