Today I aaalmost gave in to the temptation to eat something extra at breakfast but I didn't which is a good thing. I am aiming to do some sports today and eat according to the plan, although I've been quite nervous these days and.. it has its effect on my eating, but I haven't given up yet so I guess I'm doing fine. :) Good luck to me.
P.s. I haven't weighed myself for 4 days which is also good. This means I have somehow overcome my anorexic behaviours ( I'm a recently recovered anorexic). Now I'm losing weight `cause I have had some binges recently and they... yup. Soo tomorrow I'll be weighing myself :)

today my goal is to exercise for like 45 minutes, eat according to my plan and then go out in the evening to celebrate my day of strictness :P ;)

yey, I went out with friends and had previously decided to drink just coffee and water and I succeeded! <3 I am so happy with myself. They even offered me chocolate muffins, but I managed to resist them. I guess my sense of control is getting back ;) I am so happy about it!

Today I am angry with my aunt and grandma, because they blame me for talking shit to them - well it's telling the truth, so it doesn't matter. I am a bit lazy and hungry, but i will do all my sports and i'm gonna go outside tonight with Stella and Vili - i will drink only coffee and water - i know i can make it. i'll be sleeping at my grandma's and i'll have breakfast there - I SAID I WILL MAKE IT! I'm stronger than the urge to binge! <3
