I honestly blame my parents for not teaching me at a young age to eat right and excerise. I was a very asthmatic child and with chronic allergies to this day. I was never advised if I excerised or ate right my asthma would relax.
Only until I got married did I learn from my husband that you need to eat and excerise to maintain a healthy body and mind.
I carry all of my weight mid stomach to thighs. On average I do not appear to be fat. But I am. My average weight in High School was 160 that is what I should be now, but I am 240. I like to eat. I crave sweets.
