Wow... Started Snake Diet two weeks ago.. Fasting 24 hrs, 48 hr & 72 hrs.. Have lost a total of 11 lbs in 12 days..
Very important to drink Snake Juice for electrolytes...

Keeping carbs at nil, <10 carbs per day... Calories don't matter as long as it's nothing but protein and fat...

Now I"m in OMAD mode, because I'm socializing a lot, this week..
But it will be full on KETO for everyone invited to my dinner parties.

Thurs night, I will be making Mussels in garlic butter sauce, Shrimp in SF BBQ sauce, and Scallops in butter, garlic and basil...

Saturday night, I will be making steaks and Caesar Salad.. Also Creamed Spinach souffle with cream cheese, feta & egg.

All in all, I'm back into Ketosis, fat adapted, and sailing through the 170's..
Hoping to be at 150 by winter holidays...

I will be fasting more, next week.. No dinner parties planned.
